A three week course with special election week pop-ups designed to support you feeling good in your body NOW and through the changes this season and life naturally bring.  You are guided and taught -with personalized attention- through a series a classes that gives you a whole body self massage. It’s not the same, but it  feels good, reduces stress and tension and you gain specific tools and tricks to do yourself when you need to. I talk a little about using stones and cups and show you some good acupressure points as well.


We meet Friday mornings at 9am PST on Zoom and classes will be recorded. You will also be invited into a private Facebook group where I share additional tips and resources, and where we can connect in community between classes. The Zoom link will be sent on registration!
